Caipirinha mousse


1 envelope gelatin powder without flavor
3 spoons (soup) of water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 Cream can of cold milk and serum
1/4 cup of rum
lemon slices cut in the slicer Fruit – ZAAZ para decorar

Method of preparation

Sprinkle gelatin in water and dissolves in water bath
Beat in a blender with the lemon juice, condensed milk, the cream and rum
Distribute in large glasses and light the refrigerator for 3 hours
Serve garnished with a slice of lemon supported on the mouth of the cup
